On February 8, the ‘IP Czar’ released the annual report to the President and Congress.  The report describes efforts to enlist industry to voluntarily fight online infringement, to increase criminal enforcement, and to promote increased IP enforcement abroad through trade policy.  It says that the office of the IP Enforcement Coordinator is currently reviewing existing laws and preparing a white paper of legislative proposals for IP enforcement.  It reports on the major enforcement activities of the Departments of Commerce, Homeland security, Justice, and State; the Copyright Office, and the U.S. Trade Representative.  Click here for the Full Report
