The purpose of the session is analyzing critically the Appendix of the Berne Convention, which regulates copyright at international level and sets forth special norms in favor of developing countries allowing them to meet their needs to provide a wide dissemination of knowledge, in order to identify how to build a mechanism that provide actual solution for developing countries.
