Open Education Week is taking place from 11-15 March 2013 online and in locally hosted events around the world. The purpose of Open Education Week is to raise awareness of the open education movement and its impact on teaching and learning worldwide. Participation in all events and use of all resources is free and open to anyone.
If you are new to open education, we recommend you start with the “ABOUT OPEN EDUCATION” section for introductory documents and videos. Once you have a feel for what open education is, there are many ways you can participate in Open Education Week.
