ALSO: The portion of the public hearing on IPR has been moved to Friday
USTR received more requests to testify at the upcoming GSP hearings than they had expected, so they will need to spread the hearing out over two days. All of the testimony about IPR concerns – the reviews of Indonesia and South Africa – will now be held on Friday, January 31, instead of Thursday.
