Enclosed are the presentation materials of Sharon Treat, State Legislator from Maine, on the US proposal for a TPP chapter restricting pharmaceutical reimbursement programs. Sharon testified that, if applied to the US (unlike similar chapters with Korea and Australia), the current operation of the US Medicaid program would violate the chapter.
